Shipping policy

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in Africa, USA and Europe. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

If you just received a shipment notification please allow 1 to 6 working days for the tracking information to update

WRONG ADDRESS:

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch. After that, it will take 8-20 business days for delivery depending on your location. 

Standard International Shipping: 12-20 business days.

COVID19 SHIPPING NOTE:

Due to delays due to COVID-19 most orders are processed in 1-3 days and arrive in 10 to 20 business days* in the US, UK, CA, AFRICA and AUS. Delivery times may vary if you're outside these countries and may differ based on your countries customs processing times. The timeframe provided excludes customs delays. We do not control customs fees or policies and our free shipping does not cover these fees.

You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is sent out. Please ensure to enter correct and precise details such as email and shipping address upon ordering. As we do not refund or resend orders that has been hold by local post because of incorrect address and of the same reason.

*If a product has not been shipped within 30 business days of ordering we will issue a full refund.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.

MARKED AS DELIVERED:

If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country (e.g. DHL, USPS/Canada Post etc.) to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not successfully arrived you must contact the local post office and bring for us formal affidavit of a lost, stolen package or undelivered package. After that, we will endeavour to resend a replacement order to you.

This is left to the discretion of Kanafrik.com, however in this specific scenario we cannot issue a refund.
