If you wish to cancel your order for whatever reason, you can do so by sending us an email within 24 hours of purchase at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org
Defective or Damaged Products
If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 48 hours. If approved we will gladly send out a replacement order, a store credit or issue you a full refund.
For all other reasons, due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Kanafrik is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Kanafrik will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
We do not accept returns for refunds. Our guarantee only covers defective or damaged products, and items lost in transit. Your satisfaction is our priority, but this policy is in place so that we can continue to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
