Please note that we reserve the right to change ingredients, product names, or colors at any time. We strive to maintain consistency, but as our products are handcrafted in small batches like all artisanal products, color or texture may vary slightly between batches. We appreciate your understanding and support for our artisanal approach to clean skincare.
✔️Shipping and Delivery
All shoppers via Kanafrik website agree to the time frame of 5-12 business days for preparing products, packaging, and shipping. We are not responsible for clients who do not read this disclaimer.
✔️Important Shipping Information
We have two packaging options: Kanafrik New York and Abidjan. Currently, we only ship from the USA to USA-based clients via Kanafrik New York.
✔️For international clients outside the USA, products will be shipped from Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, via our trusted partners, including DHL Afrique. We will not be responsible for clients who refuse to accept their goods. We do not exchange products or reimburse clients once the goods have left our warehouse for safety measures.
Unless your package is damaged during shipping with clear evidence and investigation from both Kanafrik and our reliable partners, we will replace your package or offer a store credit. We do not refund or reimburse shipping costs.

For all shoppers on Kanafrik's website, including New York, the first choice will be to mail your product via US Post Office or our other shipping partners. If you decide to use Kanafrik's Green Delivery Service, there are delivery fees included. Due to our small team, we only deliver within Manhattan, and the fees will be charged as follows:

✔️Upper East side to Downtown: $17
✔️Upper East side to Midtown

✔️Upper East sides to Lower East Side or West Side: $25

Please note that we will not accept any products bought from New York to be exchanged in our Abidjan store or any product bought online to be exchanged in any of our stores or on our website. It is prohibited to harass our store team for discounts unless you have a discount code via Kanafrik LLC, Kanafrik newsletter, or promotion. Please ensure you check the expiration dates of your discount code. Using the name of the owner as your friend or family member will not get you a discount. Our employees are doing their jobs, and we appreciate your understanding.
