YES! KANAFRIK offers local delivery services to customers via our zero waste store and website in Manhattan, via KANAFRIK New York 🇺🇸 and via KANAFRIK Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire 🇨🇮

We are now offering our first KANAFRIK GREEN DELIVERY ♻️🌱service in New York City, an eco-friendly delivery solution, aligning with KANAFRIK's commitment to sustainability.

✔️What is KANAFRIK's Green Delivery Box?

KANAFRIK's Green Delivery Box 🌱♻️ is made from paper and is fully recyclable, reducing waste and minimizing our environmental impact. Our product jars are also recyclable, and we encourage our clients to return them to us after use or repurpose them creatively. Let's work together to reduce, reuse, and recycle!

✔️Local Delivery in New York 🇺🇸

New York City is the first to experience KANAFRIK green box delivery service. We offer local delivery services to customers in Manhattan, New York.

🌱Here are the details of our local delivery policy:

🌱Processing Time:

Two to three business days are required for order processing. 🌱

Delivery Request: To have your order delivered locally in Manhattan, please send an email to the KANAFRIK team at kanafrikconceptstore@gmail.com

🌱Delivery Timeframe:

The delivery timeframe will vary based on your location within Manhattan and the time you ordered the products. Our business hours are from 10am to 6pm from Monday to Saturday. If you want a delivery done on Sunday, please contact our team at kanafrikconceptstore@gmail.com.

🌱 What areas do you deliver to in New York?

We only deliver to the Manhattan area, including the Upper East Side, Downtown, Midtown, Lower East Side, and West Side to Harlem until 125th Street. For all other areas in New York, we will ship via the US Post Office. We will update our page once we start serving all areas of New York.

🌱Delivery Fee:

A delivery fee will apply for all local deliveries in Manhattan, New York. Unless the fees have been waived by the KANAFRIK LLC team members because you bought products above $500 USD or for other reasons that can only be defined by the KANAFRIK LLC team. Here is the general and estimated pricing ranging from $15 to $50, depending on where you live and how rushed you want your package.

✔️Local delivery in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire 🇨🇮 

🌱 What areas do you deliver to in Abidjan?

We offer local delivery all over Abidjan from our store location in Riviera PALMERAIE to Zone 4, Bassam, Adjame, Abobo, all the way to Bouake and beyond.

🌱 How much does local delivery cost? 

The fees start from 1,500 CFA to 15,000 CFA, depending on where you are in Abidjan and how quickly you want your products.

🌱 How long does local delivery take?

Delivery in Abidjan typically takes 1 business day if you order between 10am and 11:30 am. All orders placed after 4pm will be delivered the next day. Sundays do not count, as Kanafrik stores are not open on Sundays. If you are outside Abidjan, it can take from 1 to 5 business days. We can do rush delivery, but there will be an additional fee for it, and we will do so only if possible and we have an available delivery person.

Notice: We do not accept any returns; all sales are final. Please read our disclaimers very well before you proceed with your order.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination, but typically take:
- 5-12 days for USA
- 7-21 business days for international shipping

Note: We love sending fresh products to our clients. Due to high demand and our currently small team, we require this time to ensure all clients receive quality products and services.

Yes, we provide tracking information for all international and local shipments.

🌱Can I return a product if I don't like it?

No, you cannot return a product after purchase or delivery for sanitation reasons. All orders are final. In some cases, you may be eligible for store credit.

- Within 24 hours to request cancellations
- Within 48 hours to request changes to your order for other products

🌱 Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, there may be variations in scent, color, and texture. These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and do not constitute a defect or reason for exchange.

🌱Sanitation Policy

We prioritize sanitation and hygiene in our products and stores. To maintain these high standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

🌱Store Credit

 If store credit is offered, it will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be used in-store or online. If you are having any issues with your store credit please contact us here or at kanafrikconceptstore@gmail.com
